The controller of the data collected on this website is FractusIA, reachable at fractusia@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through:
- The contact form: name, email address, company (optional), service of interest (optional) and the content of your message.
- The email, if you choose to write to us directly.
We do not request special categories of data or data from minors. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
3. What we use your data for
- Replying to your enquiry and keeping in touch as you request.
- Preparing a commercial proposal if you ask for one.
- Managing the contractual relationship, if we end up working together.
We do not use your data to send you unsolicited commercial communications.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship starts, for the legally required periods. If there is no follow-up, we delete it within a maximum of one year.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Web3Forms: receives and forwards the contact form content by email.
- Self-hosted server (VPS) with Coolify: website hosting.
Fonts are served from this same domain; they are not loaded from Google Fonts. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to fractusia@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner. If analytics tools are added later, this policy will be updated and the corresponding consent will be requested.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. The current version will always be published on this page, together with the last updated date.
